What EMBRÆN is

EMBRÆN publishes journals and reflective tools. Everything here is educational and reflective in nature, and is not a substitute for therapy, diagnosis, or medical care. Nothing on this site is professional advice or treatment, and using these tools does not create any clinical or therapeutic relationship.

Buying books

The site itself sells nothing directly. Links to purchase route out to Lulu (print) and Payhip (digital print-at-home editions). When you buy, you’re entering into a transaction with Lulu or Payhip under their terms; their policies govern payment, fulfillment, returns, and shipping.

The work belongs to its maker

The EMBRÆN name and logo, the writing, the designs, and the contents of the journals are the intellectual property of Moore Pathways LLC and may not be copied, resold, or reproduced without permission. Buying a journal gives you the book and its use; it doesn’t transfer those rights.

Links out

The site links to other places (Lulu, and any social channels). EMBRÆN isn’t responsible for the content or policies of sites it doesn’t run.

Honest limits

EMBRÆN offers these tools in good faith but makes no guarantee of any particular outcome — that’s true to the work itself, which promises presence, not results. The site and the journals are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moore Pathways LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential harm arising from use of the site or the tools; nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes

These terms may be updated; the current version always lives here.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from them or from use of the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Indiana.
