Returns & Refunds

Because every EMBRÆN title is printed to order and sold through Lulu, returns and refunds are handled by Lulu, under their policies — not on this site.

Physical books

If something arrived damaged, misprinted, or wrong, Lulu will make it right. Start a return or replacement through the order confirmation Lulu sent you, or through Lulu’s support. As print-on-demand books are made individually for you, change-of-mind returns may be limited — Lulu’s current policy is the authority.

Digital editions

Digital print-at-home editions are sold through Payhip and generally can’t be returned once delivered. Any exceptions follow Payhip’s policy.
